• Tanja worked with local business operations and government authorities to sustain services in Ukraine before and during wartime conditions.
• Following a regional satellite failure, she led crisis communications and stakeholder response that helped preserve contracts covering more than three million customers, with no cancellations.
• She also coordinated international business and workforce, equipment and communications solutions during severe flooding.
• Successfully managed communications arising from petrochemical plant failures and environmental pollution, including situations involving regulatory penalties and potential criminal liability to keep business continuity.
• In a construction design business, she helped prioritise critical projects and accelerate delivery for employees and clients, protecting the company’s reputation and approximately 25% of EBIT.
