About Tanja

Tanja Tatomirović is an Executive Advisor, Strategic Communications and Crisis Leadership expert with more than two decades of international experience helping organizations navigate complexity, transformation and high-pressure situations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International relations and a Master's degree in Communications from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, completed PhD studies (ABD) in Culture and Media Management at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade, and earned a Social Innovation Certificate from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Washington. Her professional development also includes executive education through Microsoft INSEAD AI Business School, the London School of Public Relations, the Project Management Institute (PMI) and other international programs. She is also a licensed dispute resolution mediator and a licensed real estate broker in the Republic of Serbia.

Throughout her career, Tanja has held leadership and advisory roles within Microsoft (leading strategic communications and public affairs across a 24-country Central and Eastern Europe region), Microsoft Development Center Serbia, HyperFacade, HyperBuilding Group, United Group, South Stream Transport B.V., HIP Petrohemija, the Serbian judiciary, public administration, and her own consultancy.

Today, through Smart Heart Consultancy, she partners directly with founders, CEOs, boards and leadership teams, helping them communicate with confidence, protect reputation, lead through change and turn strategy into measurable business results.
